I'm not thinking that my song: Beautiful Bentleyville will
be the new Bentleyville theme song; at least "officially" says Ter Scott,
songwriter and singer of the new YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Q4rdcTDjIc.
I didn’t enter any contest; I just always wanted to write the song about a place that my kids and their kids love to go with Grandpa “T” every winter, and that’s Beautiful Bentleyville!
Scott is a songwriter who recently wrote a Johnny Cash tribute that is getting a lot of attention on YouTube as well titled: Me and My Heart. His dream is to have someone like Josh Turner record it some time because says Scott: “Josh has done some of Johnny’s stuff and has the low voice for it”. Scott’s plans for “Beautiful Bentleyville” are to include it in a CD that will be for sale at many places in the Twin Ports this fall.
